This is a new spot on the site for writing about whatever I’m thinking about — software, engineering, chess, or anything else. It’s separate from the R Notebooks page, which stays focused on R Markdown / bookdown projects.
To add a new post, drop a Markdown file into _blog/ named YYYY-MM-DD-your-title.md with front matter like this:

It’ll automatically show up on the Blog page.
